EMPLOYMENT AT WILL
Employment with Scally's Tree Service LLC is on an at-will basis, which means either the
employee or the company can terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with Rhode Island state law.
This handbook does not constitute a contract of employment. Employment at Scally’s Tree Service LLC is at-will and may be terminated at any time, with or without cause or notice,
by either the employee or the company.PROBATIONARY PERIOD
All new employees are subject to a **90 (business) day probationary period**. During this
time, your performance, reliability, and overall fit with the company will be assessed.
Scally's Tree Service LLC reserves the right to terminate employment at any time during the
probationary period if performance does not meet expectations.COMPENSATION
The hourly wage for this position is **$26.00 per hour**, paid **weekly**. Overtime may be required.ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
Tree Season: Employees are expected to arrive at the shop **on time** and be ready to
work at the start of the workday. This means you are at the shop and clocked in by 7:00AM.
Do not clock in before you arrive to the shop.
